Surgical specialty areas at Salem Surgery include the following:

Gastroenterology:  Our gastroenterologists perform colonoscopies and esophagoduodenoscopies (EGD's).  These important, life saving screenings are done 5 days a week at the Center. Colonoscopy screening procedures can be booked directly with the center for patients who are at least 50 years of age.  Simply call (603) 898-3610 for more information. Ear, Nose and Throat surgery:  Our ENT surgeons perform tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgery, nasal fracture repairs, ear tube placements and septoplasties in addition to many other surgeries. To find an ENT surgeon  go to the Find a Physician link and search otolarngology specialty. 

Plastic surgery:  Our plastic surgeons perform many types of plastic surgery at the center including breast augmentation, liposuction- including SMART liposuction,  breast reductions, face lifts, reconstructive surgeries, skin grafting as well many other cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.  To find a plastic sugeon go to the Find a Physician link on the home page and search Plastic Surgeons

General Surgery:  Our general surgeons perform many types of general surgery at the center.  Some common surgeries done at the center are Laparascopic cholecystectomies (Gallbladder removal), hernia repairs, lesion removals, breast biopsys, as well as other day surgery appropriate surgeries. Ophthalmology:  We have ophthalmologists who perform cataract surgery, yag laser and blepharoplasties as well as retina specialists who perform retina surgery at the center. Orthopedic surgery:  Our orthopedic surgeons currently perform hand and wrist surgery such as carpal tunnel surgery, tendon repairs and fractures as well as laparoscopic knee and shoulder surgeries.
